How to Enroll at British And French Academy
Enrolling your child at British And French Academy is a seamless process designed for your convenience. Parents are encouraged to fill out the online form or schedule an appointment with the school administration. Upon successful registration and payment of the fees, parents and their child (specifically students from YEAR 7 / 6ᵉ class) receive the Internal Regulations of the school. It’s essential for parents and students to review and comply with these regulations by providing their signatures.
Payment terms
- Payment of school fees is made directly to the school's bank account. It can also be done by Mobile Money.
- Parents must pay at least 60% of the school fees before the child's school starts.
- Full payment of tuition fees before or at the start of the new school year gives the advantage of a 5% reduction. Discounts are not granted on other forms of payment of school fees.
Payment periods
- Upon registration • 1st Payment: 60% of Tuition + Registration.
- 24/11/2023 • 2nd Payment: 20% of Tuition.
- 24/01/2024 • 3rd Payment: balance of the remaining 20%.
Admission eligibility
- New students are to undertake assessment test in English and French level as well as foundation Mathematics.
- NOTE: Admission into Nursery are for children who attend the age of 3 years on 31 August. In other words, children below age 3 before 31 August cannot be admitted in Nursery.
- Curriculum • NURSERY: 3 months to 2 years PREMATERNAL: 2-3 years.
Requirements
- Registration form — duly fill and sign with payment of 60% tuition fees + registration fees.
- Birth certificate of the Child.
- Vaccination card.
- Previous Year's Report card.
- Two (2) passport photos (less than 6 months old).
- One (1) File folder with flaps (not of black color).
- Three (3) Clear Books.
- Three (3) Packs of A4 papers, or the amount of 8,000 F for each child.
- NOTE: The list of school supplies and fees, for both English and French programmes, will be communicated before School Resumption.
