Fees & Admission Requirements
Payment Terms
- School fees are paid directly into the school's bank account. Payment can also be made via Mobile Money.
- Parents must pay at least 60% of school fees before the start of their child's classes.
Payment Schedule
- At enrolment • 1st payment: 60% of tuition + enrolment fee
- Mid-November • 2nd payment: 20% of tuition
- Mid-January • 3rd payment: remaining 20% balance
Admission Requirements
- New students take a separate placement test for English level and French level.
- NOTE: Children enter Maternelle 1 (Nursery) at 3 years old, completed by August 31.
- A child who has not turned 3 by August 31 cannot enter Maternelle 1, as this could significantly affect their schooling and development.
- Crèche: 6 months to 2 years | Pre-Nursery: 2–3 years.
Documents Required
- Duly completed and signed registration form (or online registration), with payment of 60% of tuition + enrolment fee.
- Child's birth certificate.
- Vaccination record.
- Previous year's school report cards.
- Two (2) passport photos (less than 6 months old).
- One (1) document folder with flaps (not black).
- Three (3) plastic sleeve folders.
- Three (3) packs of A4 paper (80gsm), or the sum of 8,000 F per child.
